Niko Romm

The qualified business economist Niko Romm, of Cologne, is co-founder of Valeo Personal Training. In his business studies, he focused on marketing and general management. Before and during his studies, Romm was active in competitive sport, winning the championship in the premier national German field hockey league no fewer than four times. Further distinctions followed. These include the Neos Award, the most prestigious prize for personal trainers, thanks in part to his innovative ideas. In 2014, for example, he integrated aspects of the nervous system in his training concept. Romm is now passing on his wealth of international experience as a consultant to Cologne’s Bundesliga football club 1. FC Köln, as well as in roles as adviser, lecturer and keynote speaker.
