About the Speaker

Dr Margarete Schramböck is an experienced business leader and politician in the digital sector. Before joining the Austrian Government as a Minister of Digital and Economic Affairs she was CEO of different European IT and Telekom companies for 15 years, including A1 Telekom Austria AG. Dr Schramböck is a Supervisory Board member of ARAMCODigital Company and acts as an international advisor, with a focus on building technology bridges between the Middle East and Europe. During her tenure as minister she focused on the digital transformation of societies, private sector companies and the public sector.
