Dr. Carri Duncan

Carri leads Capital Markets Advisory at Karaktero and holds Non-Executive Director and advisory board seats with both listed and private companies. As an emerging venture investor, Carri’s conviction is to back neuroscience-focused seed-stage, EU-based digital health companies. She also views founders from underrepresented regions and backgrounds as a highly untapped investment opportunity. Carri holds a PhD in Neuroscience from the ETH-Zürich and was a biomedical researcher at Novartis. Following years as a molecular biologist, she worked for over a decade in Lifescience-Finance in both public and public capital markets. Her experience spans equity research at Credit Suisse, sell-side research and corporate finance healthcare with transactions worth over EUR 10bn and as VP Investor Relations and Head of AI at Bayer. As a management consultant at Egon Zehnder, she has also advised healthcare leaders, boards and restructuring projects.
