Ulrich Welss

After studying communications engineering, Ulrich Welss started as a system programmer at the network equipment supplier Alcatel in Paris. After moving to debis Systemhaus and later being transferred to T-Systems, he held several management positions there, which included technical, commercial and customer responsibility. 

For many years, as Head of Solution Sales Connectivity, he was responsible for consulting, preparing offers and placing our wide-area networks with business customers throughout Germany.

Then followed the step into product development and today Ulrich is responsible for the further development of the Enterprise Network portfolio as Head of Product Management at Telekom Deutschland. One focus here is the expansion of MPLS-based products towards "software defined" technology.
