Swantje Schultze

Swantje Schulze is currently responsible for the global partnership between Deutsche Telekom and Microsoft. She joined Microsoft in December 2020.

Before Swantje joined Microsoft she worked with Oracle for 6 years, where she last lead the ISV business in APAC. Other roles included the Leader of the Northern Europe Inside Sales organisation as well as the Head of the German Partner Business as a member of the German Country Leadership team.  

In previous years Swantje worked as a Field Sales Manager at IBM Software Group and also spent 4 years in senior management roles at Cancom.
