Sven Becker has been working in the Microsoft Unified Communications space for almost ten years, over eight of which he was directly employed by Microsoft. He has held various roles at Microsoft, including consulting, technical pre-sales and now post-sales. As a Customer Success Manager for Converged Communications he currently supports customers in the automotive industry in rolling out landline telephony with Microsoft Teams, thus standardising and consolidating their communications infrastructure. Mobile for Microsoft Teams offers a completely new way of ‘unified communications’ in which end users can fully integrate their mobile phone number into Microsoft Teams. Sven Becker earned a Master of Science degree in IT management from the FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management.
