Susann Hoffmann

Susann Hoffmann is one of the most widely known media founders in Germany. With EDITION F she managed to shake up the media world, prepare a new and larger stage for women and put feminist issues on the agenda in the mainstream. With up to 600,000 readers per month, EDITION F is still one of the best-known digital media titles.

With FEMALE FUTURE FORCE Hoffmann started a movement and community which at times brought together and connected internationally up to 15,000 women in a digital coaching programme. In FFF DAY she created a new conference format where more than 5,000 participants and over 100 speakers discuss relevant topics in a constructive and diverse way, provide impetus and inspire people throughout Germany. In addition, with her former EDITION F co-founder Nora-Vanessa Wohlert, Hoffmann runs the podcast FAUSTDICK, in which she talks about the ups and downs of founding something, about courage, lifelong growth and learning as well as equal rights and equal opportunities in the labour market.
