Stefanie Junghans

Stefanie Junghans joined SAP S/4HANA in February 2021 as Head of Organizational Development, which makes her responsible for driving organisational change for nearly 10,000 employees. Prior to that, she was a driving force behind the cultural transformation at SAP S/4HANA and was responsible for implementing the objectives and key results (OKR) agile goal management framework, as well as introducing self-organisation principles and establishing a coaching community.

Before joining the group in 2017, Stefanie Junghans was employed as a consultant in various companies, including PWC and FDM Group. In addition to her employment at SAP, she works as a self-employed business coach and organisational developer.
