Stefan Marc

Stefan Marc has been Head of Support at ROQQIO/REMIRA since January 2021. Leading software companies for solutions in bricks-and-mortar and e-commerce retail that produce fully integrated omnichannel software for customers in the non-food sector have joined forces under this umbrella. In his position Stefan Marc develops solutions that also map complex communication processes in companies and focus on his accounts’ accessibility. Stefan Marc started his career as a system administrator in the construction industry and was able to gain extensive experience in IT support and customer service at various companies.
