About the Speaker

Simone Thiäner has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of Telekom Deutschland GmbH since 2018, driving the development of the HR business for the approximately 62,000 employees in the Germany segment. As spokesperson for the Board of Management, she also oversees the company’s training and education sector. In all her roles, Simone Thiäner shapes the human aspect of the digital (working) environment. ‘Be digital, stay human’ is her motto. In addition to many future-related topics, she relies on excellent skills as a result of advanced learning and development opportunities for all employees, an integrative corporate culture and exceptional leadership. Since 2010, the qualified lawyer has held various leadership positions at Deutsche Telekom. Previously she worked at companies such as Bertelsmann and Amazon.
