Sefa Soybir is a manager at Ernst & Young (EY) and is responsible for the digital transformation of finance and shared service organisations. With his expertise in technologies such as artificial intelligence, generative AI and robotics, he assists international companies in their journey towards digital transformation. Sefa Soybir has extensive experience in strategically establishing Excellence Centres for business process automation and has successfully implemented this approach at several prominent DAX 50 companies. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences and started his professional career at Commerzbank AG.
