About the Speaker

Ramona Swhajor is Team Manager for Innovation, Research & Consulting at GS1 Germany. An expert on innovation strategy, she is excited about the interface of innovation, digitalisation and transformation. After stints in Amsterdam, Nijmegen, Münster and Düsseldorf she initially worked in the start-up environment in Berlin and in the IT department of the REWE Group in Cologne. Her great passion is to be a driver of change. For GS1 Germany she and her team make major trend topics accessible and tangible for a nationwide community. To this end she combines trends from art, science and design in an unconventional and novel way in order to inspire as many people as possible and secure the future of companies.
