About the Speaker
As Executive Vice President, Dr. Ralph Wiechers has been responsible for People Management & Platforms at Deutsche Post DHL Group since January 1, 2019.
In this role, he has global responsibility for the employee lifecycle starting from Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Digital Employees´ touchpoints, Learning & Development and Talent Management, HR Platform Technologies and HR Analytics. Focal areas of his work are HR Digitalization and People Analytics.
Ralph Wiechers was previously Senior Vice President Dialog Marketing and Press Distribution in the Post – eCommerce – Parcel division. Here, he was responsible for the dialog marketing and press distribution business, as well as for various data-driven business models of Deutsche Post AG. Previously he was responsible for Consumer Experience and Data Analytics at DHL Parcel, implementing last-mile innovations for various recipient services.
