About the Speaker
Oleg Polovynko is CIO of the City of Kyiv. With more than 15 years of experience in the field of system integration, successful product development and the implementation of national projects he brings a wealth of knowledge to his job. Oleg Polovynko studied at the National Technical University in Kyiv. During his academic career he focused on data and data analysis and later switched from system administration to owning his own company, offering comprehensive IT solutions for major businesses.
