Natalie Calija

After studying at the Faculty of organisational sciences at the Belgrade University, exactly I stayed at the University like an assistent teacher. I was teaching two years and I decided to work in a company - so I can use my management knowledge that I was studying. 

Theory has nothing to do with the practice. That is what I found out very fast.

I was working at diverse positions in the company - I started from the production and left the company after five years from a managing position. 

Then I got the chance to see how is it to work in a big international IT company. Since then I have been working in IT and today I lam responsible for the Deutsche Telekom in various mobility topics through the EBF.
