Naike leads the collaborative approach between the tire manufacturing location worldwide and the sustainability strategy to decarbonization the operation for Continental. In this role, she looks for best energy efficiency and energy operation set up as well as an environmentally friendly operation to grow Continental as a most progressive tire manufacture. Since joining Continental in 2004, Naike has worked in several position abroad and in Germany. She is currently based in Hannover, Germany. Naike is responsible for the Sustainable Infrastructure Department in the Manufacturing Technology Engineering and is dealing with the execution of all measures to meet the sustainability targets for the tire manufacturing location of Continental worldwide. In all her work, she helps Continental to drive efficiency and best cost with the initiatives required to reach and sustain stronger operational excellence.
