About the Speaker

Martin El-Khouri is the initiator and Head of B3 The Hub at Bertelsmann Investments. The Hub was founded in 2023 and is the central point of contact for Web3 activities at Bertelsmann Investments (BI). El-Khouri is an advisor to start-ups and accelerators and a PhD candidate at TUM School of Management in Munich. He also founded the Good Governance Partnership at the Global Diplomatic Forum and is the author of the Blockchain Business Series newsletter. Prior to his work at Bertelsmann, he was a reporter in the news department at ZDF HEUTE. Concurrently, El-Khouri worked as an external consultant to the GIZ, supporting two projects in Yemen. He completed his bachelor’s degree in political science and earned a master’s degree in international relations and global political economy.
