Marina Ribke is Chief Enterprise Architect at Mercedes-Benz Group AG. As Head of Strategy, Architecture & Governance she is leading cross-functional topics on enterprise architecture and free and open-source governance at the Mercedes-Benz Group AG. 

In the Catena-X Automotive Network she is the spokesperson enterprise architecture in the leadership team. She drives the innovation and implementation of the cross-functional strategic objectives interoperability, data sovereignty, standardization, certification, and Gaia-X compliance. With her passion for the power of self-organization in complex systems, she brings an agile view to the management of enterprise architectures in large organizations and industry eco systems. Her focus is to architect organizations and eco systems to make the best IT architectures emerge with self-organizing teams at a very large enterprise scale. Before she joined Daimler in 2018, she led a consulting company specialized in Strategic Enterprise Architecture. She helped her large global clients become more competitive through improved agility, simplicity, compliance, and cost efficiency. 

She has studied economics and business informatics at the University of Mannheim.
