About the Speaker

Marcel Schmeltzer, born in 1986, has been responsible for marketing and, together with Ms Laumann, for business development at FRESCO Dog Foods GmbH since July 2020. His core task is the digital networking of all sales channels in the dog food industry.

From 2014 to 2020, Marcel Schmeltzer was responsible for building up the Digital Department at m4e/Studio 100 Media GmbH. There he established the digital evaluation and digital development for formats such as Wickie und die Starken Männer, Biene Maja, Heidi or 100% Wolf.

Schmeltzer completed his Master's degree at the University of Passau with a focus on new media and digitalisation. Already during his studies, Schmeltzer worked in the sports editorial department of the ZDF-Morgenmagazin and reported on the 2010 World Cup, among other things.
