Lasse Kroll has been dealing with various aspects of New Work for many years. He focuses on remote work, autonomous work culture and flexible organisational structure. He is the founder and a board member of Cuckoo, a cooperative network of self-employed people who work together on a project basis, and also co-founder of CoWorkLand, another cooperative that promotes co-working in rural areas together with companies and municipalities across Germany. In his podcast Geil Montag he also discusses successful New Work concepts in practice with numerous founders.
