Karina Buschsieweke

Karina Buschsieweke is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of the software firm Lana Labs. She began her career as a technology analyst in the automotive industry and was the Co-Founder of MBzwo, a digital premium furniture brand that sells merchandise produced by an East Westphalian family-run company. Since 2016, she has been helping to grow the process mining specialists Lana Labs, which automatically identifies optimisation potential in business and production processes. Lana Labs’ goal is to use data-based findings to make companies more efficient – and more sustainable. Since 2020 she has also been a Co-Founder and Executive Board member of SINE, a think-and-do tank that develops open-source solutions for data sharing and collaboration.
