About the Speaker

Karin Dohm has been Chief Financial Officer of HORNBACH Holding AG & Co. KGaA and HORNBACH Baumarkt AG since 2021. Among other things, she assisted with the delisting of HORNBACH Baumarkt AG from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, restructured the refinancing of HORNBACH Holding AG & Co. KGaA and launched a new group-wide employee share programme. In addition to her position as CFO, Karin Dohm is an active member of several supervisory boards and was Deputy Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board as well as Chairwoman of the Audit Committee of Deutsche EuroShop AG. Karin Dohm is a qualified auditor and tax consultant. She studied in Germany and Spain and holds degrees in economics, political science and philosophy.
