Jan Bosmans

Jan Bosmans is an independent legal consultant with a strong focus on financial law, credit support structures, etc. on the one hand and legal operations-related matters on the other. As legal consultant, he primarily serves financial institutions and large corporates and has previously worked for BNP Paribas Fortis, KBC Bank and Euroclear.

He currently works as a senior legal counsel and legal operations lead in the legal department of ENGIE Global Business Support, a shared service center of the ENGIE group. In this role, in addition to providing legal advice, he also helps lead this legal department’s efforts to become more efficient by leveraging technology and digital tools to automate processes and to implement new methods of legal services delivery.
