About the Speaker
Harper Reed lives in Chicago with his partner, Hiromi, and their bizarre poodle, Lulu. He is a technologist who ‘predicts the future’ professionally. He founded Modest Inc. and heads the software team at PayPal. In addition, he does pioneering work in crowdsourcing at Threadless.com and works on personal projects.
As CTO of the Obama campaign, in 2012 Harper was the first to take tech mentality to a political level. He is convinced that the talent of a group of great people can change an organisation like nothing else can, and uses this conviction to strengthen and inspire teams with whom he works.
