Frederic Knaudt

Frederic Knaudt has been a member of the founding team of the Dutch food delivery service Picnic in Germany since 2017 and leads the company’s expansion. The expert in entrepreneurship and e-commerce gained start-up experience in Germany and Brazil as Entrepreneur in Residence at Rocket Internet. In 2012 he founded the food start-up Kochzauber, which was acquired by Lidl in 2015. Frederic Knaudt received his bachelor’s degree at EBS University and subsequently earned a master’s degree at Babson College, the emlyon business school and Zhejiang University.
