Fabian Kienbaum

Fabian Kienbaum has been the Chief Empowerment Officer (CEO) of Kienbaum Consultants International GmbH since 2018.

Before moving to Kienbaum, he worked in an American management consultancy in London. Fabian Kienbaum studied international management at ESCP Europe. In 2011, he completed his studies as Diplom-Kaufmann, Diplômé de Grande École and Master of Science. Prior to that, he attained a bachelor’s degree in business studies in Cologne and also played handball for VfL Gummersbach in the German Bundesliga.

In 2014, Fabian Kienbaum joined the partner-managed family consultancy Kienbaum, whose portfolio concentrates on all services connected to ‘people and organisation’.
