Donya Amer

Donya Amer began her career with a traineeship as a bank clerk in Cologne. She followed this by studying business administration at the University of Cologne and the University of California, Berkeley. After receiving her degree in business administration, she went to work for IBM in Frankfurt, where she spent 17 years in various positions consulting and serving customers regarding various aspects of the digital transformation. In 2017 she moved to Bosch. For around three years, as a member of Bosch’s IT management, she was responsible for the business interface of the company’s internal IT. In 2020 she took over as CEO of the newly launched Bosch Climate Solutions GmbH. A passionate diver, she also focuses on environmental issues and plastic consumption in her free time.
