About the Speaker

Daniela Hennecken has more than 20 years of sales experience in the Telekom Group. She possesses all of the skills necessary to enable her customers’ success through the combination of a detective’s instinct for finding customer bases and a passion for customer satisfaction. In her role as a Renewal Manager in the area of Customer Success Management, she works proactively with her customers, analysing their inventory data in order to extend expiring contracts in a timely and strategically advantageous manner.
