Angelique Renkhoff-Mücke

Angelique Renkhoff-Mücke is a Partner in, and Chief Executive Officer of, WAREMA Renkhoff SE. In this position, she has been successfully overseeing the company since 2001. Established in 1955, the family-owned firm is a typical hidden champion among Germany’s small and mid-size companies. With its strong brand network, the Warema Group is a market leader in Europe.

Ms Renkhoff-Mücke has been the Chief Negotiator for Collective Bargaining and Vice President of bayme vbm (Bavarian Employers’ Associations for the Metalworking and Electrical Industries) since 2011. Her other positions include that of Vice President of the BDA (Confederation of German Employers’ Associations) and, since 2019, Co-Chairperson of the Digital Council of the BDA. In addition to the above, she is also a member of various advisory boards and supervisory boards.
