About the Speaker
Andrea Becher is Global Head of Employer Reputation, Recruitment and Corporate Citizenship, a position she has held since September 2020. In this role, she is strengthening the HR reputation drivers for the company. Before she joined the Human Resources team, Andrea served as head of the Henkel Adhesive Technologies Communications department where she focused on topics ranging from leadership to change to internal communications.
Andrea Becher has almost 20 years of experience in communications, more than ten of those at the global marketing and communication agency Ketchum. There, she counseled DAX-30 corporations as well as mid-sized companies from industries such as retail, energy, automotive and chemistry.
