Alexander Hartmann

Alexander Hartmann is a founding member and the Managing Director of the Hamburg-based SYSback GmbH (founded 7/2002), which specialises in digitalisation and automation. In this role, he is responsible for, and actively shapes, the areas of central services (internal and financial), HR development, corporate development and strategy. A qualified ‘user of positive psychology’, he continually aligns the company’s human resources strategy with current research findings.

For several years before joining SYSback, Hartmann was in charge of various key accounts at IBM Deutschland GmbH, Systematics AG and EDS Deutschland GmbH.
