As was the case in the past year, you will find DATANET on site at Wilma Wunder (Friesenstraße). Spread over 200 square meters, our visitors are informed about the digitalization of business processes in compliance with applicable standards for information security and data protection, as well as the fulfilment of international standards for ordering, invoicing, and reporting tools.

What makes the product unique

Within one central solution, the CT service platform enables the integration of all business and accounting processes related to the management of telecommunication contracts and associated equipment. Specific requirements for inventory and contract management as well as processing of related invoices can be configured individually. Its implementation fully integrates with the customer's existing system infrastructures, supplier relationships and organizational structures. To prove compliance with documentation requirements under commercial law and tax regulations in the context of administration and accounting, our service-related internal control system is testified according to ISAE 3402.

“We support the digital transformation of business processes around telecommunication connections .” In accordance with this theme, DATANET supports its customers by innovative service solutions for the digital transformation of standard business processes, such as invoice processing, accounting or contract management, based on the company’s own CT service platform (“Communication Tools”). This consists of highly automated workflows, a significant reduction of regular issues due to more robust processes without manual interaction and a more efficient use of existing infrastructures.
