As in the past year, you will find DATANET on site at Wilma Wunder (Friesenstraße). Spread over 200 square metres, our visitors get informed about the digitalization of business processes in compliance with applicable standards for information security and data protection as well as the fulfilment of international standards for ordering, invoicing and reporting tools.

What makes your products and services unique?

Within one central solution, the CT service platform enables the integration of all business and accounting processes related to the management of telecommunication contracts and associated equipment. Specific requirements for inventory and contract management as well as processing of related invoices can be configured individually. Its implementation fully integrates with the customer's existing system infrastructures, supplier relationships and organizational structures. To prove compliance with documentation requirements under commercial law and tax regulations in the context of administration and accounting, our service-related internal control system is testified according to ISAE 3402.

Following this theme, DATANET supports its customers by innovative service solutions for the digital transformation of standard business processes, such as the invoice processing, accounting or contract management, based on the company’s own CT service platform (“Communication Tools”). Using the potential of the digitalization and the synergies of our central service platform lead to a minimization of customer internal efforts by highly automated workflows, a significant reduction of regular issues due to more robust processes without manual interaction as well as a more efficient use of existing infrastructures.
