Rainer Widmann is head of the Savings Banks & Savings Bank Network (ZWRM) group at Landesbank Baden-Württemberg (LBBW) and supports savings banks throughout Germany in all matters relating to interest rate, currency and commodity management (ZWRM) as well as foreign exchange and money market transactions.
His area of responsibility also includes digital corporate client solutions. The aim of the group headed by Rainer Widmann is to support savings banks in providing holistic advice on interest rate, currency and commodity risks for their corporate clients and to increase sales activities and joint success. The transformation of product sales via conventional channels to digital solutions is just as much a part of his remit as ensuring the operationalization of strategic target images in coordination with the DSGV.
