What is the fastest way to register for the DIGITAL X events?

Here you can secure your ticket for the regional DIGITAL X network events.

When and how will I receive the confirmation of my ticket purchase?

You will receive your confirmation email after registration.

Until when can I cancel my registration?

For a cancellation please contact digitalx@telekom.de. A Cancellation is possible up to ten days before the event. You will get your money back for the ticket, minus a system fee for the DIGITAL X network events: 5,99 € + 3,9 % ticket price plus VAT. DIGITAL X 2019 in Cologne: 5,79 € + 3,6 % ticket price plus VAT.

PAYMENT METHODS AND INVOICE

How and when will I receive the invoice for the event?

You will find your invoice in your confirmation email, which you will receive after registration.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover), PayPal or pay in advance.

TICKET TRANSFER

Is it possible to transfer a ticket?

In exceptional cases a transfer of your ticket is possible. Please contact digitalx@telekom.de for further information.

PHOTOS AND FILM RECORDINGS

What happens with photos and film recordings of the events?

By visiting DIGITAL X, you agree that you may be photographed and filmed by Deutsche Telekom AG. You authorize the organizer to use your personal film and photo material for internal purposes as well as for social media channels and the press.
